Our team uses the weekend to re-charge, so no orders are processed Saturdays and Sundays. Orders placed after 2 pm on Fridays will be delivered to you no later than 2 pm the following Monday.

We currently offer 24, 48 and 72hrs turnaround time on orders. By the end of our selected turnaround, we will deliver the 1st draft of the project to you. We are not able to provide guaranteed rush delivery on projects with a shorter leadtime than 24hrs. We strive to meet any deadline - if we are able to deliver faster than 24hrs depends on our availability, the complexity and the number of slides in your order.

You pay for the regular orders with credit card. You can use a bank transfer to buy our credit packages, which are available from $950 — and where you will get $1000 credit. To pay for the order with credits, the package should be bought in advance. After we receive your payment we can start processing your order.

Another alternative is to subscribe to a dedicated team.

Our application is hosted in the EU Central region (Frankfurt), while our Cloud Storage data center is located in Amsterdam, Netherlands. To ensure high availability, we can also deploy your data to regions in other parts of Europe and the US.
